In addition to the different aspects of global change, this course encompass different aspects and relations among the earth components. With an special focus on terrestrial ecosystems.
Biodiversity in the era of global change
This course encompass different aspects of global change and its consequences on biodiversity. Some of the topics include climate change, environmental pollution, invasive species among others.
Sustainability and food security
This course reviews the background of the so-called sustainability sciences and their relation to food security.
